Alright this is the basic way to draft.
First you need to go to Team Management page (under Team Zone) on the menu bar above. In that screen you will see a button to indicate you are ready to draft, do that.
Then an admin will set a draft time. This will appear on the calendar.
Once your the draft time is set, simply log in prior to that time and hover over Team Zone, where a link will appear for the Draft Room.
During the draft each Drafter is assigned a draft order. This draft order is by the minute. IE: If your pick order is 1, you draft every 10 minutes on the 1 minute, so at say 5:01, 5:11, 5:21, etc.
Note, the time is the server time, not currently California time.
Your goal is to pick 8 Assembly and 4 Senators. The lists are ranked alphabetically right now.
Once you make your pick, which you have 1 minute to do, you will then have to wait 10 minutes. The system will also autodraft the highest ranking of either type if you leave the room or fail to make your pick in time.
So if you get a phone call you've got to take, don't worry about the draft skipping you, it will simply select the next highest ranked Legislator.
